How to Convert and Import FLV to Adobe Premiere Pro

STEP 1. Add FLV files

Install and run the Video Converter, then you can directly drag and drop your FLV files into the software, or click the Add button which enables you to add files stored on your PC or files from your hard drive.



STEP 2. Select Premiere friendly format
